Hope you find something interesting as you scan thru this up-to-date listing. If
there is something you want that’s not listed, send your wish list. We might have
it or maybe will be able to find it for you. We want you to be totally satisfied
with your order. If something is wrong, please contact us before you return the
plant. We will give you instructions on how to handle the situation and
will arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
Generally speaking our 4 & 5" pots are blooming size as are some of the 3"
size. We will indicate which of the 2 & 3" sizes are blooming sizes.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Full payment must accompany order, either check or money-order, if by mail. We utilize
PayPal to handle credit card purchases. If you'd like to use a credit card send your
order by email and we will email back the PayPal invoice instructions. You'll need to
register for a free PayPal account, if you don't have one already, to utilize PayPal.
It's quick and it's easy to use.
We have had excellent results shipping via Priority Mail. UPS from Hawaii usually does
not arrive sooner and it is more expensive. Please include 25% of order for
shipping and handling with $9.00 as the minimum due to recent
postage rate increases. Federal Express/UPS shipping will be billed separately or
"collect", which means you will pay shipping upon delivery.
ATTENTION ARIZONA RESIDENTS: Your state requires treatment
of orchids and phytosanitary certificate. The cost of this service is $35.
FOREIGN ORDERS will be shipped air-freight collect unless air parcel post is
requested. Estimated cost for this service is 25% of order. Please supply
import permits where required and give nearest port of entry (airport).
Phytosanitary certificates and CITES certificates charges are $35.
DISCOUNTS:
$100 to $499 - 10%
$500 to $999 - 15%
$1000 and over - 20%
No discounts on Specials
